In my practice I integrate deep tissue bodywork, hot stones, trigger point release, stretching, foot reflexology and Young Living essential oils to offer you an individualized session.

I am a licensed massage therapist and have been offering therapeutic massage since 1997.  Before moving to Portland, my practice was at Mission Beach Chiropractic in San Diego where clients' issues ranged from whiplash to chronic low back pain.  I have also had the opportunity of working with many athletes -triathletes, CrossFitters and marathon runners as well as those working to stay fit & enjoying a healthy lifestyle.  More recently I have worked at an upscale spa - I combine these experiences to offer you a therapeutic ~ yet relaxing massage!
